DUTIES AND TAXES
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
- Lightning Strikes Art does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are typically sent out by Friday. You should get an email confirmation when your order has been sent.
For preorders, please check the product page for the earliest dispatch date. Any items bought in the same transaction will be shipped together after the preorder date.
I made a mistake on my shipping address/my address details have changed!
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and correct details. Updates cannot be made once orders have dispatched. We do not offer refunds or replacements if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details.

Items will restock depending on demand. Please follow our social media for restock updates!
Will you sell these items at upcoming conventions?
There is no guarantee these items will be at future conventions so it’s best to purchase them now while they are available.
Why are shipping costs high?
Orders are shipped from Australia. Some services have been suspended due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. The increased postage price includes tracking to ensure packages can be traced.
I can't find the tracking link on my order.

Can I combine orders?
We cannot combine orders.
My order has not arrived.
Australian orders take between 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Due to COVID-19, packages may take up to 3 months to arrive. Please check here to see if your country is affected.
If your order has not arrived by then, please send an inquiry with your order number and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
